Bodywork Solutions at The Second Mountain Project

I had a prenatal massage with Rachel at 36 weeks pregnant. She did an excellent job with positioning and draping, making me feel warm and comfortable. It was so nice to get to lay on my belly for most of the massage. She addressed my whole body, and i left feeling calm and relaxed. The new space is very serene and inviting.

Rachel is absolutely wonderful. I leave each session feeling so much better than when I showed up. Her attention to any pain points or discomfort I had coming into the session is very much appreciated. I appreciate the space that she has created and I look forward to seeing her each month.

Rachel did a great job. She really, really listened to what I needed. I always book 1.5 hours so she can do such a quality massage!

Healing from trauma and extremely touch deprived. I had my first massage ever here, was nervous at first but left feeling more joy and comfort than I’ve felt in YEARS. I plan on coming back whenever I can, so thankful to Rachel for being patient and sweet.

Excellent massage. Highly recommend the aromatherapy add on. Come 10 minutes early to sit in the incredibly relaxing waiting area!
