I love this place! I’ve been seeing Pam for a couple years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I love the calming music she plays during the massage. I always opt for the deep tissue massage since I have chronic tight muscles/ problem areas and she knows exactly how to target them. Pam also has given me stretch exercises so I can relieve my muscles at home. Very knowledgeable, very personable, and I am one very happy customer!

Body work was needed! We moved to Honeoye Falls 1 ½ years ago and I passed the building, Bodywork Kneaded, every day. I knew I was stressed, my body always ached, and it was just not feeling the best it could.  I looked them up online, investigated “Myofascial Release” massage and proceeded to make my first appointment! I have had surgery on both of my feet and one knee, which leads to almost constant foot, knee and back pain. Just walking can be painful. I have been seeing David on regular basis for a year now. I had a session with David and a session with Emily, both were extremely knowledgeable and professional! They made you feel at home and relaxed. Time flies with them but they do leave ya ready to take on the next weeks worth of work!

The best! Received treatment after a total knee replacement that caused nerve damage. They really helped me and encouraged me to keep up with treatment and exercised. Today no brace just a cane when walking on unfamiliar terrain.

Massage Therapist Pamela is an answer to prayer! I was "knee-crippled " & had to double-step going up & down stairs...! Also the pain was at times "cry-worthy" .
