Lauren is seriously the best! An amazing experience from start to finish. She is incredibly intuitive with the body and blends massage and energy work so seamlessly. I left feeling deeply relaxed and restored. You can truly feel her expertise and care in every moment!

I booked a massage through a healing center a couple of years ago, and lucky for me, it was Lauren that ended up being the therapist. When she left that spot, I tracked her down online so that I could keep working with her! She is intuitive and focused, combining different modalities into her massage. Working with someone that understands the body’s systems (both physically and energetically) instead of just digging into muscles, is a game changer. I always leave with a peaceful mind and body. I highly recommend Lauren.

Lauren is magic made real. From the first time she worked with me, I knew I was discovering a new way to inhabit my body and sense my subtle body more attentively. Her work is deeply intuitive, present, and whole. Nothing is forced, there is no push. She communicates with profound depth and gentleness, and kindles a desire within to treat my body with the reverence it deserves. I was nervous about finding a new massage therapist when I came back to ABQ but boy am I glad I found Lauren! I literally felt like I was melting into the table! Lauren definitely knows her way around the human body. I told her about a few of my problem areas in my upper body so she started with some focused therapeutic work there and then continued with a full body massage. She has an amazing flow to her work. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to relax or to have some therapeutic work done. My pain level went from a 7 to a 4 after just one session and for anyone who deals with musculoskeletal pain regularly, you know that's a big deal! Thank you Lauren 😊 💓

Lauren definitely has a healing touch. I went for a prenatal massage and really felt healed physically and spiritually by her. She made it so comfortable to lie on the table while pregnant with pillows and an elevated wedge. It was for sure the best massage I have had in ABQ.
