Bodywork by Claudia Osman

I had a session with Claudia earlier this week and she spent about 30 minutes just learning about my day-to-day pain challenges, physical activity (or lack of it), stretches, and only then Claudia started the massage therapy and I greatly appreciated that she spent that upfront time learning about me. The massage was just great and my neck and shoulder were much relaxed after that session. I'll certainly make subsequent appointments with Claudia!

Claudia has such a gift. You can tell that she’s very in tune with the body and its energy. She’s not one to use her elbow but finds tough spots, works them out with plenty of pressure (as needed). Sometimes we chat and sometimes not. Her room, and table, are inviting, cozy and warm. She has a great set up and I always leave feeling sooo much better. The 90 minutes is worth it for sure!
