It was my first session with Beth and I had a great experience. At the start of the session, Beth laid out the format of the hour visit and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Beth is very knowledgeable in her field, made accommodations as needed, and worked out all the areas that needed attention. I will certainly be returning.

Thank you Beth you managed to find all the spots that needed stretched I feel like a new person today!!! Full body massage with much detail to upper extremities plus sciatica was the key to making me feel well again. Working at a desk doing computer work is taxing your knowledge and hands on massage managed to release all the pressure points YOUR ARE SPOT ON just by listening to my concerns you fixed me again!

Beth wants to make sure that the massage is tailored to the needs of the client. She asks about problem areas that need attention, pressure, and the scope of the massage in general. She is good with the tempo of the strokes and with the time needed to work on knots when she finds them. I can't wait to see her again. It is nice to find someone so caring and attentive to details. I have already recommended her to my friends.

Amazing massage, Beth did an excellent job working out all the knots in my shoulders and back. I left feeling lighter, looser, and totally refreshed. Go for the hour massage, it's worth it. Highly recommend!
