John @Bodywork is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had chronic knee and back pain when i first started sessions with him and He has made such a drastic difference. I met Jon for the first time today during a scheduled 90 minute appointment. It was very easy to book online which I always appreciate when exploring new services. Jon was a fantastic conversationalist before the massage started which helped in building rapport. His space was clean and cozy and I really enjoyed his music playlist. I have been absolutely BLESSED finding Jon at Bodywork Bodywork. I have been receiving massage regularly for the last 5 years or so, and he is spectacular at what he does. One of the best I've been to, hands down. He provides a fantastic pain alleviating and relaxing massage, with noticeable relief from aches immediately after session, and shockingly no residual soreness from the deep tissue work. The best part is the post massage levity you feel about 24 hours afterward- there's a lightness to my muscles after receiving work that I'd never experienced before with other therapists. Jon has curated a beautiful and welcoming space in a great location, I love the atmosphere, as soon as I walked in I felt I was in “the right place”. His style is exactly what I have been looking for, a combination of focused therapeutic massage and relaxation. His years of experience and skilled intuition were apparent from the start. Every move had intent and purpose, it really felt as if he was listening to my tissues and tailoring the work to my specific needs, while still maintaining a lovely relaxing flow.
