The experience we had was pleasant overall. Booking the appointment was easy, prices were reasonable, the facility was clean/well lit, and the massage therapists were professional and kind. I asked for a deep tissue massage, and I do not feel that is what I got. I suppose I would try a different therapist next time. My partner claimed that his massage was absolutely amazing. I did feel very relaxed for the massage, but paying for 90 minutes and getting 80 was a little disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience with Sara Steffens! She was very kind and gave a great massage. She helped release tension I had in my upper back which has made me much more relaxed. I've always enjoyed my message experiences with BodyWork Associates and appreciated Sara's expertise this time around.

The massage I had was great. However, upon entering the establishment, I did not feel very welcomed. It was my first time there and it quickly became apparent that they have regulars, who seem to get the most attention. That's fine, but in my opinion, providing great customer service to new customers is the way to get them to return. I will not be returning. Unfortunate.

After many years of knee pain from multiple injuries/surgeries & total knee replacement, I had a session with Doug Nelson & his associates today at the Fox Drive location in Champaign IL. I'm completely blown away from the results of just 1 session. I am so serious. No pain, better movement, my leg even feels lighter, if that makes sense? I highly recommend giving BodyWork a try. Very great experience!!
