You know when that feeling when you leave a massage and you're like "what day is it? where am I?" THAT is how I've felt leaving massages with Tiffany. She's thorough, kind and the massages are so therapeutic. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and the massages with Tiffany have helped alleviate pain and soreness in these final days of pregnancy. Tiffany listens intently and focuses on areas you call attention to with precision. Tiffany's overall demeanor is welcoming and warm, she was encouraging and I've enjoyed getting to know her along with getting the massage. I went ahead and bought a massage package for postpartum. Highly recommend!

Body Unfold is wonderful. A calm, lovely space. I recently moved to Durham pregnant with my third baby and needed a massage ASAP. I was in a lot of pain and was happy to see availability that week. Previous massage experiences I’ve had you needed to book weeks in advance. That was a huge plus but the best part was booking with Tiffany. Tiffany is wonderful and so knowledgeable in therapeutic massage. I can tell she’s really dialed into my body and its needs and she makes suggestions on what we can work on in future sessions, which I really appreciate. I’ve now done a prenatal and regular massage with Tiffany and I’m looking forward to exploring other options to help my body feel it’s best.

I have gone to Tiffany a couple of times for massages and I always leave feeling like a new person. I swear I walk more upright after a session. I got my mom a massage with Tiffany as a present and she said it was the best massage she’s ever gotten. Tiffany is my, my husband’s, and my mom’s go-to massage therapist. Not only is she great at her job, but she’s also very professional and her studio space is very relaxing. Highly recommend to anyone!
