Customer Reviews
I've never been more sad about giving a 1 star review. This place has so much potential. When the massage therapist isn't on the phone scheduling other massages, she gives a really great massage. Unfortunately, a ringing phone and having to listen to conversations (some even on speaker phone) while she massaged with one arm was not the relaxation I was looking for. I really don't understand why they don't utilize the online booking so that this can be avoided. Edit: wow! What a response! Don't worry, I will take you up on that suggestion!
Decent massage.. but be prepared to wait. Time management is poor. I always call ahead to ask if the time i want is available, then im told another time is available, and then I still am told to wait 10 minutes, which then turns into 20-25. Its very frustrating if youre on a schedule. The whole point is to relax, if youre rushed every time, it has the opposite effect. Its ok other than that. Clean place
This was my first time visiting this massage place, and I have to say—they're doing an amazing job! I came in with major pain in my neck and shoulders, and I walked out feeling like a completely new person. The staff was very respectful and professional, and the massage therapist did an outstanding job. I've had massages at many different places, but this experience truly stood out. She was incredibly detailed and thorough, focusing on every part of my body with great care. I booked a 90-minute session and paid $100—it was absolutely worth it, and I have no regrets. This is definitely the place I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommended!
Scheduled an appointment online. Walked in (open sign open) and was told that they were “closed” on Sundays. No one called me to tell me my appointment was cancelled. I’m 4 months post partum and was really looking forward to it. Cried when I left. Horrible way to run a business. I would call and confirm if you make an appointment.
I don’t even know where to begin. It's a long review but needed for folks like me. I’m a busy massage therapist myself and a pro bodybuilder, so trust me when I say—I don’t play when it comes to bodywork. I’ve been searching high and low for another me for YEARS. You know, someone who actually knows what they’re doing when it comes to deep tissue massage. And until today, no luck. Just a long, expensive journey full of disappointment and sore muscles. In the last 4 months alone, I’ve spent over $1,300 bouncing from place to place around St. Louis. And most of them? A complete waste of time. Especially those big-name chain spas like Massage Envy, Woodhouse, etc. Look, if you’re just looking for some oils and a nap, fine. But if you need actual therapeutic bodywork? Forget it. In my person
