I love going to Body & Soul studios. Both Melissa and Heather are such genuine, kind, thoughtful people. They care about their clients and the things going on in our lives. The salon is beautiful, clean and welcoming. If I could give them fifty stars I would. Definitely give them a try, you won't be sorry.

I have been talking to heather for a couple months now and also participated in her classes along with a body healing session with her and misty! I have gained more insight into myself and healing with Heather and Misty than I ever have in therapy. I am truly connecting with myself and my personal, down to root emotions! Heather has been a true blessing to me. There have been times she’s reached out while I’m in mid crash out. Just because she felt me and knew I was needing something!

This is called Body and Soul for a good reason. Heather is a gifted card reader/spiritual guide. Melissa is a great therapist/spiritual guid. If you need clarity, spiritual guidance, to find calm, they can help. Worth the drive to Heber.

My massage was absolutely incredible! The atmosphere and energy of the massage were fantastic. I’ll definitely be returning.

Have had massages by Melissa. She is thoughtful and respectful of my limitations (i.e. don’t tolerate deep massage, although she is very capable of doing deep massages). Another bonus is her ability to work with Heather on our dog! I was very surprised they could help our very anxious dog. Heather is amazing. While I can’t say I understand energy work, it was clear she was communicating with our dog and what issues may be contributing to his behavior. They are wonderful! I frankly am not a “massage person”, but I keep going back for relief. Can’t say I am an “energy person”, but we will be back with our dog as we continue to try to understand him. Thanks to both of you!
