Body & Soul Massage Studio

Purchased a couples massage on 12/10/20. they currently only offer this service with 1 therapist in lieu of 2 as they have in the past which I have had 4. One partner will lay and wait on the other one to get massaged for an hour and then the other one lays and waits an hour. So 2 total hours for a 1 hour couples massage! The brochure definition of a couples massage was copied from Body & Soul Facebook page on 7/9/21 but conveniently changed on 7/10/21 after I requested a refund, due to misleading definition of couples massage I had purchased. if you can't offer a true couples massage, by definition, then you should remove it from your brochure of services completely, then you wouldn't have to go in depth to explain to your customer you definition, they won't waist their money on a co

I'm always greeted with a gentle smile and a soft, inviting environment. My therapist Sam is skilled and knowledgeable. She takes every personal preference into account as she creates the perfect relaxing environment for you. The prices are good and the service is never a let down. What I love best is that they give back to the community. They offer free massages to cancer patients and that's a beautiful thing.
