I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Body Refuge Massage Therapy. Haley was kind, professional, and thorough. She reviewed my details and appointment type, and we made adjustments based on my needs - I had a pulled muscle so we switched from a Swedish massage to a deep tissue. She regularly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable, and she worked out all the knots where I was holding tension. It was very relaxing, and I could feel that she was taking her time without sacrificing the quality of the experience. It was clear that she really knew what she was doing! And when everything was finished she gave me her recommendations - lots of water and heat on my sore muscles. This was an excellent experience and it's clear that Haley is passionate about her craft.

Haley really understands the muscles and gave great explanations for the process and what to expect. I really enjoyed the experience and plan to go again. It was the best massage I've ever had from someone in this area and highly recommend her.
