Body Mechanix Massage and Wellness

I have been going to Body Mechanix now for a few years and always see Logan. He does an excellent job and always “checks in” about whether he is using appropriate pressure, knowing that I have systemic joint issues. He is friendly, professional and truly cares whether he is providing the muscle relief and stress relief that you need. I have been to many massage services, like EarthSavers, Woodhouse Spa, etc. They are nice, relaxing and have great amenities (thick robes, champagne, etc.) But I consider them “fluff” massages- they are not therapeutic. Logan @ Body Mechanix helps my mobility and eases my muscle pain. I go every month and would go more often if I could. Thanks, Logan!

I enjoyed my massage from Diana. She was digging up knots I didn't even know I had with precision. I booked my massage for 1hr and it was slightly less than that, even though I was on time. That was my only issue, not having the full 60 min. Other than that, a good massage and I plan to return. Thanks!

While on vacation in New Orleans, I decided to book myself a massage for myself and my bf(never had a professional massage before). This place DID NOT disappoint. I had Latief, and he had Amanda. These ladies are very professional and great at what they do! I get massages regularly, but this was my first time being offered a heated bed, and I absolutely loved it. Latief was amazing at checking if the pressure was okay and it was very soothing. My bf also loved his first massage experience. I definitely recommend this place. Logan is amazing. I was nervous; this was my first professional massage. He took his time and explained everything to me before doing anything. I was so relaxed and felt amazing during and afterward. Bettor checking out, he offered some great at home follow-up things I could incorporate and told me about some great deals available. I booked my next appointment with him before leaving. I highly recommend his services to anyone truly looking to decompress and alleviate pain. Plus, it smells awesome inside.
