I don’t even think that I can put into words how incredible Lauren is. Lauren is more than a massage therapist, they are a true healer. So incredibly intuitive, it’s mind blowing. This is as good as it gets! Lauren is inquisitive and detailed with her approach in order to get to the root of your body's needs. I see her for prenatal massages and it really is the best massage of any kind I have ever had. She explains things really well (like baby's position and what they are resting on that may cause different aches and discomfort) and gives you helpful knowledge to take care of your body after the massage.
