I had an amazing experience! I received the GlowDermabrasion facial from Victoria. My skin is extremely sensitive, and I had concerns due to a previous facial I had elsewhere. She reassured me every step of the way and truly accommodated my skin’s needs. She was gentle, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what she was doing and why. My skin felt calm, refreshed, and glowing afterward, with no irritation at all mild redness which is normal, which is huge for me. I would absolutely recommend Victoria to anyone, especially those with sensitive skin, and I can’t wait to come back!

This place is beautiful but the service is pissed poor!!! My review is based on the massage service I have received here. One thing I hate is bringing a person's business down being a regular reviewer but this experience pushed me to give a one star. I should have known better and read into the reviews left about the massage service experienced here as it all relates to what I have experienced as a customer.. As a person who constantly gets massages elsewhere I was beyond disappointment with the service I received here. My best friend and I booked an "hour" Swedish massage. Upon arriving we were very impressed at how beautiful this spa was - the aesthetics were pleasing mind you this was a major contributing factor as to why we decided to go here also because of how clean it was. Nasty attitude from whoever picked up the phone today at around 1PM. Went in here before to ask some questions & pricing and those females were all miserable and intimidated, looking at me up and down. Energy was off in there. But today on the phone I almost told off whoever was on the phone. DO BETTER, & LEARN HOW TO BE AN EDUCATED RESPECTFUL PERSON. Hope this place goes down to the ground.
