Very professional, knows his stuff, I was informed/educated throughout each portion of the services. I had 2 sessions so far & felt like I got quick results both times. I can see visible improvement in my skin, especially a couple days later. Would advise doing a package with multiple services for best results-Miggz explained how each service worked together & complimented one another. He made me feel very comfortable & at ease the entire time...in addition, he is also hilarious!

I’ve had multiple sessions with Body By Miggs and have left satisfied every time! Even though I’m getting my body sculpted, it feels like I’m getting a massage, it’s so relaxing! My favorite service is definitely the sauna wrap! I 10/10 recommend Miggs services and he’s so knowledgeable on making your dream body a reality!
