Blake is top notch! I am 57 and needed a whole body workout that would energize, increase my strength and help me lose a few pounds! Blake did just that with limited gym equipment! I live in an apartment and sent her pictures of what our gym has available! She came up with a great whole body workout perfect for me! She was aware of my lack of working out. She kept it simple, but very effective! I feel great after doing this workout and excited to go back to the gym!
