I am SO happy that I found Carmina at Bodies. She is AMAZING!!! I came to her experiencing extreme lower back pain, scar tissue and stiffness in my hips and she is working miracles on me with deep tissue massage. Her hands are magic and she knows her stuff! I cannot recommend her enough. They offer so many different services and best believe I will continue to take advantage of it all. 10/10 Definitely recommend.

I LOVE BODIES! This was my first time experiencing lymphatic massages, I had a consultation before my surgery with Carmina and she explain me very well how it works and gave me a few tips. After my surgery I felt it was the right place to continue my recovery process. She took off my drain (painless and quick 10/10). I had my lymphatic massages with Calif, Gaby and Carmina they are fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable about the body. I feel lighter, less bloated, relaxed, snatched and confident! Friendly atmosphere, clean facility. Would Highly recommend BODIES, is a game changer.

Carmina is the absolute best person to see for manual lymphatic drainage and overall post-op surgical care in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area! She's so knowledgeable and passionate. I'll be recommending her to everyone I know.

The ladies are such sweethearts. Very accommodating and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and will answer any questions you have. If there is anything you need clarification on don’t hesitate to ask and they will be more than happy to send you the right direction. Also they know what they doing cuz im snatched.
