Was just there yesterday for my first ever electrolysis and was a bit nervous. I was immediately put as ease with everyone being so welcoming and matter-of-fact. I had my session with Lorraine, and so look forward to working with her again. I'm not sure what else to even say here, I'm just so happy it was so easy and welcoming. I have a lot more I want to do, and I am _looking forward_ to coming here to continue the journey. Such a wonderful experience.
Awesome place. Very welcoming. I was feeling a little out of place, for an older man, being in a spa, but the staff put me at ease immediately. Babel was really good at explaining everything about the treatments and with best hospitality, and professionalism. Margherita made a point to come out to greet me. Can't wait to go back.
