Boca Tanning Club - Brickell

I hadn’t been to Boca Tanning Brickell since 2022, but I came back for a spray tan and had an excellent experience. I read some negative reviews beforehand and honestly don’t agree with them. Oscar was very welcoming and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain the aftercare clearly. The color match was perfect and the result looked even and natural. The salon was clean and the whole process felt professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back.

Horrible service booked online drove almost 2 hours only to find out airbrush wasn’t available on 12/31 and I booked and paid online. The girl at the front desk said although their website they have nothing to do with it and can’t provide a credit for my payment, so now I have nowhere to call and I’m trying to get back my $75 by disputing the charge with the credit card company. Completely unprofessional

I love this tanning salon the Manager Bianca is very attentive. Oscar AJ & Steph also provide amazing customer service Everytime I come here.

The place is expensive, but that's beside the point. What's truly unacceptable is the negligence. The establishment is supposed to open at 9am. It's now 9:30am, I've been waiting here for 40 minutes, and there's not an employee in sight. By now it’s a line of 5 people outside. Leaving. This is the second occurrence out of the two times I've attempted to visit at 9am on my way to work. I've reported a broken door handle/lock twice in the last 8 weeks, yet it remains unrepaired. The room won't lock, allowing anyone to enter while you're using the machine. The management is lacking; the owners must take action to address these issues.

Arrived 30 min before close and they’d already locked up - they don’t allow appts to be booked for spray tan booth, so it’s a gamble as they may decide to close early (has happened more than once). If you have a special event don’t chance it - their machine may stop mid-spray resulting in incomplete blotchy tan, or they may not be open at all!!!
