Bob's Hair Designs

In my 60+ years I've never been kicked out of a salon, so I guess there is a first time. There was only one customer when I walked in. I wanted just a trim, which I stated when asked why I was there. I was rudely told by the person working there she had no time for it and was too busy. I stood confused by her angry reaction and she reiterated she had no time to give me a trim. She didn't suggest another time or make me feel like I should come back. It usually takes me about an hour and a half to get ready for a haircut, which includes a half hour drive. I absolutely avoid places that are not customer friendly and this place is scratched off, which I guess is what they wanted anyway.

My aunt use to work here , she would always give out candy , it was along time ago ! This place has been around for a very ver long time , nice shopping center it’s located in!! Good old memories !

The people here are so friendly, haven't had this level of customer service in a while. From making a quick appointment to getting washed, and then the cut. The owner even shook my hand. Had a wonderful experience. Can't believe I hadn't been here sooner. Thanks, Bob & team!

Confused. Sat for 15 minutes. Had mentioned if hairdresser could use razor. Yes scissors and razor. After sitting for -5 minutes. Hairdresser said we don’t take walk ins and I’m very busy. Appointment only. I’ll never go back. Should have mentioned no walk ins immediately or written somewhere. Rude

Always pleased with the treatment i get from this salon. Kris is my favorite stylist. All the stylists are really nice. Kris is very thorough and takes very good care of me without over charging or rushing me out listens to what i want and makes it happen😍
