Bob's Barber Shop

“I have been here once to get a haircut, and it was the last time I visited this barbershop. He cut my hair in only 4 minutes; besides the haircut being very bad, my head also started itching from the lack of cleanliness there and from the tools he used, which he never cleaned. So even if it were free, it wouldn’t be worth going here.

Although I did not get a haircut, I wanted to leave a 5 star review for the man, Bob, himself. He has a few pinball machines that are playable while waiting for your cut. Turns out Bob and I both played an old 1969 Williams "Post Time" as our first tables as youngsters in the 70s. I called him to get some info and he was very kind and gracious to chat a good 15 minutes with me on the telephone, telling me his history with the great pinball hobby. He told me the machine he has came from the arcade at Roseland Park, although it wasn't the same first machine I played as a boy in Hornell NY, I have played his table many times as a kid on family trips to the park. Bob started a video call and showed me his Post Time and gave some history about it. I was thrown back into nostalgia some 45+

Worst haircut of my entire life, didn't talk at all and never asked my name. If I could give 0 stars I would. My hair was not unkept, obviously it was long or I wouldn't be going in for a HAIRCUT. You're very unprofessional and obviously don't take criticism well in any of your comments

Bob is great, good haircuts. People who leave bad reviews probably think they're going into a Pittsford salon instead of a old fashioned barber shop. 👌

As always, Bob gives a quality haircut a a good price. All with a great sense of humor.
