Treated by the hair stylist With Lack of care or Compassion. Tugging n pulling at my Dreds. I Should've just Left. Prior to being there...I was Laced. The Stylist WAS livid. She Got me crackers & Water. It Was'nt MY Fault I was Laced at an Establishment Before I Got to My first Time Appt. At This Salon. I Even tipped/Zelle'd Ouida Extra. She didn't care. {I Suppose FIRST Impression's ARE LASTING Impressions.} Her male CoWorker WAS Very kind. Anyway, I Never Went Back. My Neck...Thanks ME. 😒😕

Amelia is an excellent hair dresser as she does it all relaxer, blow out, coloring, she also does finger waves, popcorn waves plus braids including feed ins etc.

On two occasions I went there and got the haircut I didn't want. The first one wasn't very bad but he cut me wrong. The second one was where I lost it. The barber with brown dreads and a white beard is an embarrassment to barbers. I told him to keep the top of my hair and cut my sides, it was supposed to be a taper fade. He somehow managed to mess it up and tell me I was wrong because he didn't line it up. Then he had the audacity to ask for money back.

Quida does a great job on my hair. Im in the process of getting dreads. She is a wonderful person and the staff is great.
