Have been coming to this salon for years back when it was Tru Salon. Had to try a new stylist as my last one hasn’t come back from mat leave. My appointment was last week but was informed morning of that the stylist was sick and they couldn’t reschedule me until the morning I was supposed to leave on a 9 day work trip. Fine, things happen but I showed up for my rescheduled appointment this morning and guess who didn’t show. Also the time the receptionist had told me for the color services I needed was grossly underestimated and they said they couldn’t get done what I needed in the timeframe. Amazing experience! Exceeded my expectations. This was my first visit and I did a complete overhaul on my hair because it was very damaged from previously being highlighted Alycia patiently listened to my concerns and took the time to make it right. She is very skilled and just did a fantastic job with my color correction and my cut! I will be going back.

Gabby was very creative with my new hair style! I was ready for a drastic change that would embrace my age so she cutoff 5 inches and gave me an instant face lift! It’s super cute an I love it!

Short version. $250. Asked for dark brown hair. Got light brownish w orange stripes. Twice. Rest of the story: I was looking forward to using a gift to get a salon cut and color treatment, and booked my appointment with a supposed "level 7" (out of 10!?) stylist. Excitedly armed with inspo photo of what color I wanted (dark, chocolatey brown), and very very clear explanation of what I didn't want (orangey/reddish tones), we had a brief consult. She asked me technical questions about what level of this or that I wanted, to which I explained she's the "expert" and I didn't know what she was talking about. I assumed she could take a photo and a discussion to turn it into a simple reality. I walked out the FIRST time with the overall look of my hair being much lighter than it has ever been.
