Got a last minute appointment with Michaela and was blown away! She was so friendly, asked a bunch of questions to ensure she knew what I wanted, and then executed the cut and style above and beyond my expectations. I appreciated her being upfront about additional charges so there were no surprises at the register. If you see she has availability, I highly encourage you to get in her chair!

Alex is the absolute best for color. She has mastered both blonde and brunette for me. Tones perfectly. I will never stray from her! And she’s super fast! Have never been happier with my hair. 10 stars.

I absolutely love this salon! I’ve been seeing Victoria for years now, and she always gets my color and cut exactly right. She truly listens, understands what I’m going for, and styles my hair perfectly every single time. The entire team is so welcoming and professional, and they’re always on time (which I really appreciate). The salon is in the cutest little plaza with free parking, such a bonus. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years, and I’m so grateful I found my forever salon in Atlanta after moving from Miami!

I can not stress enough what a find this salon is. I have been going here for 3 years since we moved to Smyrna. My stylist Victoria is above and beyond the best I have ever been to. She is so well versed in everything to do with hair and coloring. I have been pink for 10+ years so I have seen my share. The most important thing I want to share about Bob Steele however is the culture. Everyone treats you so well. I have a tad of anxiety, who doesn’t these days, but I always remain calm when I am there. Everyone is so welcoming pleasant and warm. Being pink is not cheap but I really feel like every penny is well spent at Bob Steele

My experience at the salon started off a bit frustrating because my hair didn’t turn out the way I expected. However, the manager, Maria, was amazing and offered me the opportunity to come back and have it fixed with another stylist. She referred me to Alex, and honestly, I was nervous at first and almost didn’t return. But I’m so glad I did! Alex made my hair look even better than I had imagined. They were incredibly welcoming, truly understood my frustration, and handled everything with professionalism and care. I will definitely be coming back! If you’re looking for someone who can work with any hair type and really understands you, Alex (Alexandra) is the one.
