You could take a bus and park it here. Plenty of parking and there are bathrooms. The boardwalk is accessible for anyone.
Very easy trail. They have boardwalk along this one, so it's stroller/wheelchair accessible. They also have two natural trails going in parallel with the boardwalk on each side. Boardwalk is about 0.3 miles one-way. Will lead you to a platform/deck with a stunning view! 10/10 recommend this. There is a restroom at this trailhead parking lot.
