Bnails Amarillo ( Voted Best Nail Salon Amarillo TX)

Taylor did an absolutely amazing job on my nails. The quality, color, and overall finish were beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She’s a very sweet young lady with a great personality, and I truly enjoyed our conversation during the appointment. It’s official — Taylor will definitely be my nail tech going forward. I highly recommend her. Also, when I first arrived, the customer service at the front desk was wonderful. So I have been to b nails twice- specifically because they were best voted in Amarillo. I get acrylic nails. The first set was fine, a little choppy underneath. The tips she put on were a bit too small, not reaching sidewall to sidewall. I started to worry when they hurt BAD about a day after getting them done. (This usually means they went too deep with the file on ur natural nail) I paid 60$ for a full set not including what I tipped. When I went in for my fill about a week and a half later, she charged me an extra 5 dollars to keep the length which is frustrating because they weren't even that grown out. I asked that in order to preserve my natural nail under she use a hand file to buff the surface, she argued that it would take too long and I agreed to let her use the drill on me again

Came for the first time with my husband for 2 pedicures. They told us we’d be starting together but, mine started at least 15 mins after his did. The lady kept going between me and someone else. They were having plumbing issues and kept coming back and forth with buckets of water to fill and empty the foot tubs so the water temp was either freezing out of the hose or extremely hot from the bucket. My husband’s pedicure was good but mine was very rushed. Despite getting polish when he didn’t and starting so much later than he did we finished at almost the same time. I got a deluxe one and even finished before a guy next to me getting the basic one. My polish is uneven, not all the way cleaned off my skin and already chipped just a few hrs later. Not a good experience and the nails didn't even last a whole week. The service itself wasn't very pleasant as the process was kind of painful, they didn't have the color I wanted, the tech said she couldnt do fake nails, and it was messy, with incomplete color and polish left around the nails. I had the service done on Sunday, October 26th, and yesterday (the 31st) they started chipping. Very disappointed overall.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. This was, without question, the worst service I have received at a nail establishment. I specifically brought my grandmother with me so we could enjoy quality time together. Instead, we were placed on opposite sides of the building in two completely separate rooms, which defeated the entire purpose of booking the appointment together and that was incredibly disappointing. My nail technician was unnecessarily aggressive and rushed throughout the appointment. As a result, several of my fingers were cut and left irritated, which is completely unacceptable. Client safety and basic care should be a minimum standard. Rather than informing me that the requested design could not be done properly, the technician repeatedly attempted it d
