I would go to any other hair store in the world besides this one I had the worst experience of my life here I understand that there is a no return policy on wigs that have been worn, but it was obvious that the wig that I had returned the day that I bought it was not used The man and his wife are very negative people. They only want your money. They are scamming. They are selling fake wigs that are not human hair that are not the length that it says I’m very very sad with this. I really wish I could sue them for a wrongfully taking my money. If you want to get good quality hair and you’re trying to save money do not go to this place I repeat do not go to this place and no, they will not offer you store credit for your items . I never leave Google reviews because I really don’t care too, b

Don't get me wrong I loved their business but today significantly changed that. I sent a relative in there to get a color 30 faux locs, and a crochet needle, she got assistance from a worker and came back not only with the wrong color but a 4 dollar hook THAT WASNT EVEN PLACED IN THE BAG!!!! I went back to replace the hair and possibly get a refund and a crochet needle but instead they indirectly accused me of stealing. I never never never would steal something for 4 dollars. What could that possibly do for me. They didn't even try to clear it up they simply charged me for the 2 dollar needle. SHOW SUPPORT FOR LEGACY BEAUTY THEY HAVE EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ARE WAY MORE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
