Wife showed up for a appointment at 2:15pm, Desiree said she was running late and offered an appointment at 4:30pm, wife said 4:30pm wouldn’t work, then she offered a 3:00pm, which did not work either. Desiree was very nonchalant and unapologetic. If my wife decided she wanted to cancel less than 48 hours prior to the appointment they say they’ll charge 30%, and a no show is 100% charge. But the business can with no warning push an appointment back 2 1/2 hours because they’re running behind with no consequence. We will be taking our business elsewhere as they have wasted our entire day, and based on other reviews it’s a common issue.

I’ve gone to Kristen for years! I get compliments on my eyelash extensions all the time, and everybody asks who does them. She can keep them natural or do full volume

Mashelle was awesome!! Moved here almost 2 years ago after having my sister who is a hairdresser do my hair for nearly 20 years. I’m skeptical of others touching my hair. I finally decided it was time for a change. Mashelle was warm, welcoming and chipper. She gave me exactly what I needed. She cut over a foot of hair off and taking all the dyed and processed blonde off, leaving me with my natural color I haven’t seen in over 20 years. I will definitely be recommending Mashelle and I will be returning to her! I found my sisters twin replacement!!!

BAD EXPERIENCE. Booked my wife for a blowout as a surprise. She showed up for her appointment at 2pm. They told her it was going to be another 15 minutes. 45 minutes later... they cancelled her appointment because some other customer had an "emergency". Not to mention, during the 45 minutes, they served 3 other ladies who had been waiting for far less time. NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS, what a waste of time.
