If I could rate this a 0 I would. I went to get my lashes done and the lady wasn’t ready when we had a set time, like I had things to do after I expected service at the time I scheduled. Secondly, she didn’t even have the supplies needed to do my brows which I was like you know what it’s fine. It did come off as unorganized, you should prepare beforehand. Second, the table was uncomfortable and my neck hurt really bad after, I thought let’s give her grace maybe these lashes will make up for it. WRONG. I asked her for naturals this girl gace me caterpillar lashes. I didn’t say anything bc I didn’t wanna be rude but I should’ve because literally by day three akl the lashes fell off, I paid 75$ for horrible service. I thought they would’ve lasted more. If you are looking for a new lash tech or to begin your lash addiction this is definitely your spot!! Sally is the best lash artist hands down! Her room is so comfortable and clean and she makes you feel extremely comfortable from start to finish. Her communication is top notch and she stands behind her work 100%. I would recommend her to anyone looking!!

Not even a week from having a new set and they started falling... perhaps the nail tech was fairly experienced. Poorly designed could've been better.

I went yesterday around 6:30. The door says they close at 7. One girl sweeping and when she saw me she locked the door and waved me off. The other girl in the store was sitting ans shook her hand no. I could understand if I was there to get something complicated, but ir was a simple pedicure. Just seemed very rude. I could understand if I was getting there closer to 7. Even eyebrow waxes take only a few minutes. This was rude, my mom had recommended this place so I was excited but neither one of us are gonna go there now.
