Kelsey is fabulous and knows her stuff when it comes to skincare! The Diamond Glow facial is my favorite and the mostly relaxing hour of my month, but that papaya mask in the Rejuvenation facial is awesome too!! I love that all of the usual "add ons" are just included, especially dermaplaning! You won't be disappointed here!

My family has been visiting Blu Haven for years and I’m disappointed to have to leave a negative review. We’ve commuted from Montgomery just to visit her because we considered her a friend. We’ve known even before she owned Blu Haven.The owner gives the impression of being a friend and very understanding,however we have found this to not be the case. I had a tire blowout one morning where my Mother had an appointment and she was unable to make it. I went in her place and showed up on time (we’ve done this in the past with no issue or complaints). She locked the door in my face and pretended to not be there, very immature. She then told my mother that she no longer wanted to have us as clients. A continuation from previous review..the answer from the owner..seems like Lee has a history of bad reviews. I did stop the service if you read my review. It's fine not to take accountability for your poor service and treatment of customers-whether they are first time cx or returning. I will not be recommending this place and advise anyone asking to stay clear..not only for the bad service but the lack of professionalism from the so-called owner.
