The customer service at the Woodcliff Lake location is so high level. Heidi immediately greeted me and spent a considerable amount of time assisting with a number of products. She listened to my concerns and suggested solutions. In addition, she gave me samples of things that I may try in the future. Great place!!!!

Kudos to the lovely Katie that works at this location!! She is so professional and knowledgeable. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and confident while guiding you all things beauty related. I come to this location specifically for her advice and excellent customer service. She is a true Gem.

my go to for makeup and skin care since I met the wonderful staff a few years ago. I was bummed when Lord and Taylor's closed but now am so happy because Heidi at Bluemercury is amazing and handles all my skin care and make up needs. Great store. Great Staff Great Sales and Promotions....
