Maria is very patient and knowledgeable. Without a doubt she went out of her way to assist me and answer all my questions. She went above and beyond to provide me with the birthday gift that fit my needs as a triple negative breast cancer survivor. Thank you Maria and all the beautiful humans at this location. You made my visit so wonderful and I look forward to the next one.

The manager Maria is absolutely wonderful. Friendly, helpful and has friendly positive minded staff. I was assisted by Beatrice who showed me fantastic vegan/cruelty free makeup and did a demonstration that was top notch!

Bought Oribe Run Through Detangling Primer last year. Among many times that I have shopped there. Not able to get 1/4 of the product out of the bottle. Not a good value! Other items have held up up to my expectations of quality!

The ladies working were so rude and even accused me of stealing. Illiana R. was the VERY RUDE one. One of them went to check to make sure it was mine and when confirmed Illiana threw my product in the bag. After this she asked me if I was buying anything when I asked her to ring up my products. So I left. Beatriz was very sweet and found my perfect match in all the products! For a person of color, this was nice since brands are usually not inclusive. There were 2 ladies who were very helpful though including her, and helped me find my shade but overall I did not like my experience at all.
