Bluemercury

The customer service at Bluemercury is horrendous. The employees never greeted me or asked me if i needed help, leaving me to wondering around the store clueless. One employee was using the store makeup to do her own face of makeup for the day. I went into the store to purchase a candle that my mom wanted for Christmas. Bluemercury scammed me by putting a large candle on display, while the candle in the box was tiny. I payed TOP dollar for a tiny candle that was displayed as a large full size candle. To top this both of the employees were rude when I asked for a gift box and put away the sample the were going to give me. I have many options for cosmetic stores in my area and it is safe to say that Bluemercury will not be getting my business again.

Higher end cosmetics and fragrances. Employees were very nice and helpful. There are testers of pretty much all the products

they were lifesavers today!! i originally had a makeup appointment scheduled with blo drybar across the street, well, my MUA didn’t show up… so i went right across the street and waited until they opened. Deidra was the only one working and was so sweet and even started my makeup until Randy, who sells Trish E. products, showed up to finish it. they now have me as a customer and they carry amazing products!

Life savers!! Got the cutest lip gloss ever that matched me so well and they gave me some samples to help with a small breakout right before my senior prom!

Every employee was on their cell phone when I walked in. Tracy was very condescending and rude. Terrible customer service I will shop else where.
