Helena helped me find the perfect skin tint and primer to maintain a natural look but more polished and love the products she helped me find! She listened to my concerns and price point and now i’m obsessed with your products, thanks for such a positive experience! Will def be back🙂

Bluemercury at Evergreen Walk is an absolute gem! My experience there was nothing short of fantastic. The staff's knowledge about the products they carry is unparalleled, making shopping a breeze. From Augustinus Bader to SkinMedica, they boast an impressive array of high-end, high-quality skincare. I was delighted to find clean, top-of-the-line makeup brands, including the elusive Sisley! And don't even get me started on their hair and fragrance collection – simply divine. Despite its cozy atmosphere, this store offers an extensive selection that rivals larger establishments. The staff truly adds to the charm, making me eager to return for more exceptional service and products. Five stars all the way!

In comparison with their competitors, the customer service was superb. The sales associates were very knowledgeable about the products. I easily found what I was looking for and I even learned about another brand that I cannot wait try.

Way better than Sephora! The ladies here were knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back here! It's also easier to park here vs the West Hartford store.

Went to the store yesterday Saturday.. they had opening event going on .. they offered discounts and gifts… the products are upscale brands… hence on the higher price range side.. have a quite a good variety to choose from.. the staff was helpful and helped us with all different information we needed about the products … though the products are self explanatory… but her point of view was helpful to decide… I would say staff is friendly and takes good care… they have lot of tester to try out the product before purchasing.. this is important I think specially for creams and lotion… and for cosmetics like liner and lipstick ..
