Bluemercury

Had the best experience at Bluemercury yesterday. There was only one person working so I had to wait a bit but, totally worth it. The young woman spent so much time helping me figure out what will work for me, and explained everything. Can't wait to try out the samples and book an appointment for make up application.

Lorena was lovely, but my overall experience was disappointing. I spent about $250 after being told that purchases over $200 pre-tax would receive a 20% discount, with no exclusions mentioned. I also confirmed that a candle displayed under a “50% off” sign was discounted from the sticker price. At checkout, I was told my total reflected the discount. After reviewing my receipt at home, I found that no discount was applied, and the candle was charged at full price. When I called the store, the employee I spoke with was dismissive, spoke over me, and claimed my math was wrong. I was then told certain products were excluded—information that was never disclosed in store. Rather than escalating the issue, it was brushed off entirely. The worst customer care ever!!! Incredibly rude sales lady that embarrassed my daughter as she mistakenly sprayed a spritze of Jo Malone that she wanted me to smell. We were Christmas shopping and I am beyond disappointed in your sales ladies. This is an opportunity for coaching the two ladies that were working this afternoon around 1:30 - 3 today. You both should be ashamed. Off to another place to shop.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sales associates were extremely rude and snobby. Their attitudes pushed me right out of the store.
