This is the best Bluemercury I’ve ever visited. They have a great selection of luxury products and the service in store is phenomenal. The manager Regina is wonderful and her team are also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store for all of your beauty needs!

Walked in the store knowing exactly what I was looking for. Three employees all standing around asking if they could help. I said, please show me this particular brand I was looking for under eye concealer. I was quickly whisked away from the brand I wanted and ushered to a vile of $100 plus under eye concealer… I wasn’t free to browse wasn’t free to touch, I was sat in a chair and a lady with a strong Spanish accent started putting the product on my face and putting the hard sale on me. Didn’t appreciate the hard sale, didn’t appreciate being told what I wanted and didn’t appreciate not being able to put the product on the back of my hand feel touch And make a purchase based on what I was looking for. I ended up buying what I Went in the store to purchase, but still didn’t feel free t

I love love love this store!! They have a lot of different interesting and good lines. Natural beauty brands too and European. The store is very clean and organize. The staff is super friendly and professional. They made me feel very confortable. I’m definitely coming back every time I’m in Naples!
