East Hampton store was my worst customer service experience. The girl that helped me had a terrible attitude. Looked miserable. Didn’t say hello , didn’t give a reciept , didn’t explain how points worked on my account, she was terrible and not made to work retail.the worst attitude and customer service

My experience at Blue Mercury in East Hampton was disappointing, to say the least. As a black woman searching for foundation, I encountered the all-too-familiar issue of my shade not being available in-store. Consequently, I had to resort to ordering online, with the promise of delivery to my address within a few days. However, the product never arrived, and attempts to contact the store proved futile as calls never seemed to connect. Frustrated by the lack of communication and unresolved issue, I resorted to disputing the charge with my bank. Unfortunately, even my bank failed to side with me on this matter, exacerbating my frustration. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service and lack of accountability. Moving forward, I intend to escalate this matter to Blue Mercury'

Nicole and Heather are wonderful - they helped me find everything I needed. Nicole introduced me to products that led to people complimenting my complexion. My skin glows and my makeup is better than ever. Thanks, Nicole! I will certainly be back!

The staff is incredibly friendly and very dedicated to helping you find what you need for hair, skin, nails and makeup. They sell some of the most gentle and natural face products. They also give out samples of anything you'd like to try
