I will never shop at Sephora or Ulta again! I stopped in recently to pick up a refill of my face cream and they were having a promo ($20 back for every $100). Nadia showed me some amazing alternatives to what I was using and I walked away with several great products and a promise to return for a makeup refresh. I visited again today and despite COVID restrictions, she not only curated a new set of makeup for me, but gave me tons of great tips. She and her colleagues were all pleasant, helpful and fun! They also went out of their way to add a free item to round out my set. I’m so pleased with my purchases and will only shop there from now on. Thank you, Nadia!

Possibly the most rude, clueless staff I have ever encountered. In an era of on-line shopping, you would think those few lucky enough to have a job, would work harder to satisfy all the customers in the store, instead of ignoring a customer while they tried to get another customer to “buy-up” in order to increase their commission. I can only assume that their jobs are more of a “ hobby” than a necessity,

I don't know why I keep going in this store, every time is a bad experience for one reason or another. Most recently, attempted to purchase an expensive bottle of shampoo that they actually told me I couldn't buy because the sku was wrong, and apparently had been for weeks and no one fixed it. Time before I bought a tube of mascara that was actually completely dried out and had to go back and exchange. Don't waste your time. Staff is super pushy and rude and inventory is old.

Man, was I judged as soon as I walked into the store, the woman looked me up and down! She was extremely rude and acted like I wasn't worthy to shop there. When I mentioned that I may have seen an item for cheaper in a department store and asked if they priced match, it was almost like I asked her the worst question on planet earth. She looked at me straight in the face and said, "All of our products are priced the same as department store in the nastiest tone." Not like, "Really let me check." Or Just "No sorry we don't price match." When I said, "Oh okay." She said, "Yeah... and rolled her eyes."After that, I just walked out. I will NEVER EVER go into this store again. Horrible, Horrible experience.

I have been shopping at this location for over two years and have always had stellar customer service. It is my favorite Bluemercury location because I never feel rushed or judged like I have at other locations (which I have experienced at the Montclair and Morristown locations, for example). The staff here are exceptional, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and kind.
