Amazing customer service! Naomi blew me away with her enthusiasm and knowledge. I am a seasoned retailer and she is exactly who you want greeting you when you walk into a store! She patiently went through quite a few perfumes with my daughter and spoke about the notes like a sommelier. We will definitely be back to buy from her. I wish this location carried Irene Forte Skin, but then I would be way too tempted!

Hats off to Blue Mercury in Cranston! I was unfamiliar with this store until it arrived in Garden City recently. What a treat compared to the chaos and Target look of Sephora. I've been to Blue Mercury twice looking for a specific lip color and the staff was great both times, trying several different colors and textures. On my most recent visit, the beauticians were attentive, helpful, and kind. The store is calm with a luxury feel and excellent service. Their samples are great and I can't wait to try them. Thanks to Elaine, Liandra, and J (can't remember your name, sorry!)

They have a great selection including organic and low toxicity products. The staff were extrodenarly helpful and knew their products extremely well.
