I stopped by Bluemercury last week and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Patricia. She was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand what I was looking for. She made a recommendation I was initially unsure about, but it turned out to be something I absolutely love. Truly outstanding customer service!

I went there today and was pleasantly surprised about the level of the service provided. Not only Patricia was extremely kind and generous, she was very knowledgeable talking about the products I was asking her. Highly recommended this place and you get lucky if you get to meet Patricia specifically!

Not only are the women at Blue Mercury savvy when it comes to selecting the best cosmetics and skin care for me, they make the process fun. No pressure. No criticisms. Just help. I live right there so stopping in regularly to say hi is a daily stop on my walks. During these visits I’ve seen the women effortlessly help some of the most entitled and rude customers. But they never lose their smiles, their warmth, or their professionalism. They endure customers who one day buy hundreds of dollars worth of items (no doubt to impress their shopping friends) and the next day, return it. I have no idea how they maintain their graciousness, but they do. They are impressive and that’s why I love shopping there. All the time.

Very rude and snobby staff. I walked in the store and they all stood there and looked me up and down. I had to ask for help and no one volunteered so I chose someone. She was very reluctant to help me find a replacement for a foundation that I purchased online. There were so many sales people standing around you’d think one of them wanted to make a sale. She did stop me on the way of the door to tell me about the sale, $200., $500 and $1,000 percentage off. That was said with a smirk. If you want to feel welcomed and valued as a customer stay far away from this store. Remember “ladies” karma is a, well you know.
