Hi, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visits to Blue Mercury. I have been visiting Blue Mercury multiple times, mainly to purchase the M-61 product that was first recommended to me by Sherly. She was absolutely amazing — very knowledgeable and helpful, and her suggestion worked wonderfully for my pigmentation. Because of her great service, I continued coming back, and I will definitely continue to return for that product, which I’ve been purchasing for the last eight months. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. Over the past few visits, I interacted with an older Asian lady with short black hair. Unfortunately, she has not been helpful at all. I want to share my recent experience at this location, as I believe feedback helps maintain the high standard Bluemercury is known for. On December 5th, I received wonderful service. I explained that I am not very experienced with makeup, and unsure of my exact skin tone. The makeup artist was patient, kind, and did a full-face color match so I could see how everything worked together. The foundation looked good amazing. Her professionalism and care were the reason I purchased the Sisley Blur Powder and looked forward to buying more once i have some time to see how the foundation set on my face after a couple hours outside the store. I was in town on vacation and wandered into the store on a whim. I had never shopped at a Bluemercury and I was pleased to see the luxury brands that I like to shop for when traveling overseas. I was greeted by the lovely Keyana, who asked me if I was looking for anything in particular—told her what I needed and she totally nailed the best colors and products for me! She was very attentive, knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. She even assembled a few samples for me so I could see how my skin would react. My husband and I returned a few days later to purchase the full sizes of those samples that I couldn’t be without, as well as a few things for him. I would shop here again, based on my experience with her, and would definitely ask for her personally in the future!

Would leave 0 stars but it makes me leave at least one. My family and I walked in and nobody acknowledged us. The entire time we were walking around the store the staff did not help or ask questions, but instead proceeded to stand in a circle talking to one another. We were going to buy a few things but due to the lack of any type of customer service, we decided not to. However, not to make accusations, but we are a family of color and as soon as we were about to leave and people who were not of color walked in, the staff members dispersed from their little circle and began providing customer service to them.
