I felt so well-taken care of throughout the process. Eva didn't actually do what I came in and asked for. She did what was right for my hair. The results were so much better than I could have ever anticipated.

Annette was wonderful and made my facial experience exceptional! Annette was so sweet and kind during my entire service. She was very thorough in detecting what my personal skin needs were and took the time to review what my facial would entail. The facial experience was very relaxing and peaceful. I left feeling refreshed and glowing.

Love coming here! I've been getting massages for years and just got my hair done for the first time. I never leave disappointed! The staff and stylists are always so kind. It’s always great experience :)

Poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment a month ago to use a gift card. Today they cancelled my appointment once I had already arrived at the spa, due to the massage therapist not feeling well. They offered to reschedule, which I couldn’t do since I took a day off work to schedule this appointment. They didn’t attempt to make it right in anyway, and overall they didn’t show any empathy about the inconvenience. Very disappointing customer service. Editing in response to the spa’s comment: the therapist offered to reschedule, NOT at a discount. The management/front desk didn’t even acknowledge the inconvenience and didn’t offer anything. The response below is very nice, but doesn’t match at all the treatment received at the facility.

Chanell is an excellent stylist and is very knowledgeable about hair color. She’s very friendly and I enjoy chatting and catching up. I’m blessed to have found her and the Blue Willow Day Spa!
