Blue Sky Nails & Lash Highlands

This is my favorite Blue Sky location. It is clean and I always have a good experience. If you want a consistently great manicure or pedicure, you should book with Phung. She does an incredible job every single time and I now only book with her.

I’ve gotten my nails done here about four times now, and I always leave happy — but today I left completely in LOVE with my nails! I usually stick to Gel-X with a basic French tip, super simple and safe. This time I wanted to try something different, and I was honestly a little nervous to switch it up. Louis absolutely delivered. He paid attention to every single detail — from the shape and structure to the tiniest design elements. I don’t usually go for intricate nail art, but he made the whole process feel comfortable and collaborative. My nails turned out almost identical to my inspo picture, which is so rare! I’ve never had a bad experience here, and this set just confirmed why I keep coming back. If you book with Louis, you’re in the best hands!

Super bummed out by these nails. The woman who did my nails was so nice and personable but I think she needs more training. I knew it wasn’t a great sign when another tech came over and gave her some tips during my appointment. I watched a bit of dried nail polish from the bottle end up on my thumb nail and she just tried to cover it with top coat. She flooded my cuticles on every nail and had to try an clean each one up with remover, you can see on the pictures that the top coat is barely on some nails, they are also super bubbly, there were even some hairs (I think from the towel) painted in. I shouldn’t have paid for this, these are embarrassing. All photos were taken day of and the morning after. I would avoid this place because if they cannot do a basic manicure I would not trust them

I’m so mixed! I wanted to love this place. I loved the ambiance, very spacious and modern and despite being busy it wasn’t overly noisy. I found the experience relaxing and enjoyed their massage chairs during my pedicure. However the final product was not what I hoped. My toe nail polish was not smooth and looked like something i could do at home myself… and my fingernail polish chipped the same day despite being pretty careful. I find that disappointing when you invest quite a bit for a service. Im still giving them 3 stars because the nail techs were kind, it was a nice environment, but I dont know if I would return based on overall quality.
