I was extremely disappointed with the entire process and service that I received. I attempted to pre book, and prepay for two separate massage appointments at the same time. My friends arrived, and were put i to the same room unclothed. They weren’t able to communicate that they didn’t want that, because they were using a translator app. My friends arrived had her underwear tugged on multiple times and she had to say No loudly. Afterwards they were told they had to pay, after insisting that it was all paid. Told they had to tip despite saying I also tipped. What was supposed to be a relaxing gift to two friends turned into a stressful event and caused anxiety for my friend that has a hard time saying no. Great experience the lady there was so nice. Deft one of the best massages I’ve had. I know lots of people say they don’t speak English but that should detour you from going the lady knows how to use Google Translate and it’s really easy to do. Deft going back. Hands down the best! Super happy with my experience would deft recommend to others.

Worst Massage ever! Arrived early for my appointment at that was at 11:15 at about 11:20 a lady greeted me. Took me back to a room and had me undress, once in the room it was about 10-15 minutes before she came back. She started and left the room 2x then another lady came in. This lady was by far the worst, she was texting during my massage (I could hear the clicking and swoop noises), taking phone calls and talking loudly several times. She left over 8 times during my massage and numerous times leaving the door wide open while I am laying there naked (covered, but still). I paid for a 90 minute massage and maybe got an hour with all the interruptions. I was there to relax instead my anxiety spiked with all the interruptions and loud talking and phone calls. I booked a massage here expecting a relaxing and professional experience, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. The session was cut short and did not last the full amount of time I paid for. The masseuse kept leaving the room multiple times, which made it hard to relax, and she was also quite rude throughout the appointment. At the end, I was pressured to leave a tip, which felt very unprofessional considering the poor service. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality massage.

(Wish I could give zero stars) This was not a massage. This was a fever dream. For the first 30 minutes, the “owner” literally shook me like I was an Etch A Sketch and tried to sell me Chinese herbs like some back alley apothecary. I kept saying, “No thanks, I came for a massage,” but they were more persistent than SpongeBob asking Squidward to play outside. Then plot twist, the owner just dips out, and a second person tags in like we’re in the WWE. Credit where it’s due. The second person actually knew what they were doing.
