Absolutely not I wish I could give this 0 stars I went about 2 months ago got the most perfect set done by Tracy I came in today showed her what I wanted first of all she called the set I wanted ugly that was strike 1. Strike 2 was she could barely do what I asked and finally strike 3 this is the final turnout of what my nails look like?! Are we kidding the length is HORRIBLE the design is trash I got recommended here by a friend I will never be coming back the first time she did great now I can’t even feel confident going out in public. also she was speed racing doing my nails I want my money back.

I called before I came because I knew I was on crunch time. I specifically asked if there was a wait for a pedicure and the guy insisted there was no wait as long as anyone could service me. I said that was okay and I was on my way. I get there no more than 5 minutes later, as I was already en route, and he asked me to be seated and wait. This isn’t the first time this happened to me and my family have been long time customers so I was always reluctant to leave a review. However, I feel that they’re absolutely inconsiderate of people’s time. To keep business from walking out, they’ll seat you for your feet to soak but you’ll be sitting here for at least 30 minutes before service is performed, after already had waited in the lobby for 30-45+ minutes. Just completely dishonest and inconsider
