Blue Ocean Nails And Spa Ellicott City

A friend recommended Blue Ocean Nails about 3 years ago, and I was so impressed with Teena’s manicures that I quickly became a regular. I came to her with very short nails (I bite and pick when I’m anxious), and she’s helped me grow them longer and stronger with SNS dipping powder. Her ombré work is gorgeous and consistently lasts over 2 weeks - sometimes 3 - and my photos really don’t do it justice. Teena also gives the perfect pedicure! I’d highly recommend Blue Ocean overall: excellent services and a facility that’s clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed.

This was my first visit at Blue Ocean and I will definitely be back! It was easy to get an appointment, no wait when I arrived, wonderful and clean environment, nice staff, and my tech, Jack, did a great job! Prices are reasonable, and the whole visit was comfortable and inviting!

This place is honestly the best I've been to, ever. From the esthetics to the ambiance. Its classy but casual all at the same time. Most importantly, it's clean. They offer snacks and drinks complimentary. My husband and I go for pedicures regularly and haven't been disappointed. They offer a variety of add ons with the prices clearly listed in a book so you know what you're payingup front. They have you pick the aromas you want for the soap and I haven't come across one that wasn't good. The reflexology massage always has me leaving sooo relaxed too. I feel like the quality for the price is unmatched. I highly recommend visiting here.

Beware of their shady pricing tactics! Paid $100 PLUS tip for a pedicure that didn’t even last an hour is not worth it either. I have been here several times in the past for only VIP pedicures and have always enjoyed it but I will NOT be back! While in the pedicure chair, they point to a sign with the list of services and prices asking which pedicure you want. Then I get to the register and the total I’m told is not the same price as what’s on the sign which was, $62, it is $80 plus $20 for gel (the extra for gel is expected). They said they haven’t updated their pricing yet and I asked why would you have a sign that has prices and use it asking which service do you want? Then the man answered the phone and chose to pretty much ignore me while I’m standing there. Then I questioned again an

Teena is absolutely the best. After moving from NJ to Baltimore, I had a hard time finding someone who understood and respected my taste. A friend of mine recommended Teena. She is absolutely the best, my nails are always on point. She is super sweet, engaging and very accommodating. I highly recommend her.
