Very disappointing experience. I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade, and the lack of professionalism here was obvious. My mother and I came in for full sets, and while there were kids running around loudly laughing and screaming, my mother was told to get off her phone mind even though she was quietly using AirPods and not disturbing anyone. The inconsistency was frustrating. If loud children are acceptable, a quiet phone call shouldn’t be an issue. When we addressed it, we were told he was “having a bad day.” While that’s understandable, customers shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable because of someone’s mood. Customer service should be respectful, consistent, and welcoming. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite. Despite the change in pricing every other week.

Showed him what I wanted, asked to get as close to what I showed for $60 and we agreed on a design. As he worked it all looked great but when he was finished, the acrylic doesn't even cover my entire nail on some of them, the acrylic is streaky and bumpy on some and the nails are uneven. I've gone here before and they've done amazing but I won't be coming back after this.

I've been going by My for the last 5 years. She is a pro with nails. She recently opened her own beautiful , extremely clean , relaxing place which include a huge variety of the best nail polish collection. Im sure if you try My you will be very happy with your final nails result. Keep up the great work My and her great team 👍👍👍👍👍

I have never had such a terrible experience at a nail salon. I went in to get my dip removed and get a new dip color put on. I have only been here once before as I typically go to a different nail salon but they were fully booked this week. I have gotten my nails done every 2-3 weeks for years now and not once have I ever had such an awful experience. I originally wanted to get pink chrome dip which they told me would be $65, this isn’t crazy expensive but it’s more expensive than my regular place so I decided on a basic color. Everything was fine until all of a sudden after doing a few layers of dip on my left hand, the man doing my nails just started taking a paper towel and wiping the polish off. This made the polish/powder left in my finger very uneven and lumpy, as well as resulted in

Ignore the bowl. That’s pieces of the nail coming off. I got my nails done here. Loved the design however, they used superglue to put on my nail. I definitely need a fill in, technically a full set now. However I got these done almost 2 months ago. With no sign of lift from any nail. None. It’s taking me 3 days to soak these off with 100 percent acetone. I’m hoping I can get the other hand done either today or tomorrow 🙄
