The best massage therapist in South Jersey! I've been seeing Christine once a week for about six months now. I have some medical issues that can be helped by me getting regular massages. What a blessing it has been that I have found Christine! Not only are the massages at blue heron wellness deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, they are healing, both mentally and physically. Have you ever had a massage where the massage therapist barely applies any pressure? Not Christine… she goes deep and the results you see afterwards reflect that. The studio is warm and inviting and it even features a tranquility room! Aside from the massage, Christine is one of the nicest, most caring, and most giving people I've ever met in my life. I just had an amazing appointment with Christine. When patience and compassion she uses with her massage is unparalleled. Her read of my energy, that I had lots of heavy things, she worked on with her sound bowls I cannot even imagine going to someone else who can match her energy kindness And skill!! I had a massage this weekend. Let me start by saying I have had many massages but nothing like this! Hands down the best that I have ever had! I am an overly anxious person and although I rarely show it, my anxiety can sometimes get the best of me. When I booked my first appointment at Blue Heron Wellness, I asked for a massage accompanied by sound bowls. I did not know what to expect, and to be frank, I was skeptical of the bowls. Let me tell you, I have never felt so much peace at once. While I was being worked on, my worries, anxieties, and existential angst all drifted away as the bowls sang to me. The massage was wonderful (being athletic, I am sore often), but those bowls worked wonders. If you are someone who experiences anxiety, or just want to feel at peace, Blue Heron Wellness is the place to go! It is a lovely and welcoming environment. I can't wait to book my next appointment!
