Blue Door Salon and Boutique

Kathryn is such a beautiful soul and so talented! I felt welcome the second I walked into Blue Door Salon. It was my first time seeing her and WON’T be my last!!! My hair turned out wonderfully, before and after pics attached. Looking forward to my next appointment already! :)

I have had very long hair the majority of my life. Like past my waist hair. So now starting to go thru the lovely menopause phase of life as well as just having Covid for the first time ever and starting to get the Covid hair shed, I thought it was finally time for me to consider cutting my hair and doing something different. This was legit spur of the moment. I think it was like 3:45 when I called the salon and asked if they could possibly cut my hair today. I was a little nervous since I haven’t been to a hair salon in probably 15 years and like I said I’ve always had long hair. I got there and was greeted by my new hair stylist, Hannah. As soon as I sat in her chair, I knew I was going to be ok and my hair would thank me later. Absolute pleasure to chat with, the scalp and neck massage

Kat did a great job making me feel welcome and comfortable with a new stylist. We talked about my hair and what would be best before she even took scissors to it. It was a lovely experience and i will definitely be back!

I’ve had the joy of sitting in Kathryn’s chair for about a year now. My hair has looked wonderful every single time. I always get compliments on my hair and asked “who does my hair”.
